You can use n8n to connect Friendly Automate to Zoom. This allows you to automatically create, delete, get and update Zoom meetings.

What is not yet possible is to get the attendees of a specific meeting automatically.

On one hand, getting the attendees of a specific meeting is not possible with a regular Zoom subscription. It requires the Zoom Video Webinar plan which currently starts at $690 a year.

On the other hand, there is no automatic integration yet to get the attendees of a meeting. There is a semi-automatic way though. Zoom Video Webinar allows the download of the webinar participants as a CSV file. It works as follows:

1. Download the attendees from a Zoom webinar as CSV file
2. Import this CSV file to Friendly Automate to update all contacts who participated in a webinar with a certain contact field or a tag.
3. Segment people based on contact field or tag from step 2 in Friendly Automate to run workflows only for people who attended a specific webinar
