Introduction

If you are a customer of our Starter and Professional subscriptions, you can access Friendly Analytics using the URL app.friendlyanalytics.ch (for hosting in Switzerland) or app.friendlyanalytics.com (for hosting in Germany / EU). The tracking code also contains this URL.

Customers of Friendly Analytics Enterprise, on the other hand, receive their own instance of Friendly Analytics and can choose their own URL for it. In the following, we will show you what options are available for this.

Choose a custom domain

a) Subdomain from us

We can either take a subdomain of ours, e.g.

yourcompany.friendlyanalytics.ch (for hosting in Switzerland)
yourcompany.friendlyanalytics.com (for hosting in Germany / EU)

Advantages:

Technical management is completely up to us, you don't have to set anything up for it
Fastest implementation

Disadvantages:

Less "branding effect
If you want to use cookies, these would be 3rd party cookies, which are deleted in a short time on Apple devices or in the Chrome browser, for example.
