Contacts Segments

You can export the contacts within a segment as a CSV or Excel file.

  1. Open the Segments section.
  2. Select the desired segment.

  1. Click on the number of contacts to view the contacts in the segment.

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select “Export to CSV” or “Export to Excel”.

Depending on the number of contacts being exported, the export may take some time. It will continue in the background, so go grab a coffee or tea in the meantime 😃 You'll receive an email at the address associated with your account once the export is ready. You can also find it in Friendly Automate under the 🔔 Notifications icon.

ℹ️ Tags are not currently included in the standard export. If you want to export contacts with specific tags, you can always create a segment with the desired tags and export it.

An export of all contacts, including their associated tags as a separate column, is not currently supported by default. If you need this type of export, please feel free to contact us so we can explore the options together.


Export Lead Scores

You can export your contacts current point totals via a report.

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Create a new report.
