To spercharge your advertising potential, Facebook Custom Audiences can be a great tool. To create and upload an audience can be automated with Friendly and Integromat.

The real value is to utilize Friendly's aggregated tracking information and create a custom audience from it. In this example we will create a Loyal Customers Facebook Audience.

If you haven't done so, you'll need to connect Friendly and Facebook to Integromat, that will serve as a bridge between the two apps:

Create your Friendly Segment, which will serve as audience

In our case we will make a segment, that filters for the Loyal Customer segment.

<aside> 💡 Please note, that this segment has a name "All Loyal" and an Alias "all-loyal". We will need to refer to this Alias when we use this segment in Integromat.

In this example we will just filter for a tag, but it could be any filter, that is allowed in a segment.

Connect Friendly with Facebook Custom Audiences

Head back to Integromat and create a new scenario:

Since Friendly is based on Mautic, you can just search for that in the search field. Choose it and click on continue.

Now choose Mautic and Search Contacts:
