Add a user

You can easily give other people access to your Measurables / Websites and define the access rights.

To do this, please go to Settings > Users and click on "Add a new user":

Please enter a username, a password and the email address of the person you want to add as a user You can use the email address as a username, for example.

At "First website permission" you will see all the websites you have access to. Select one of the websites you want the new user to have access to. You can later give access for more websites and also set the permissions:

Assign rights

After you have created the user, you can specify under "Permissions" exactly for which website the user should get which rights. You can assign rights for all websites to which you have admin rights yourself.

The main roles are:

• View: Access to all reports
• Write: Access to all reports and change of settings like goals, funnels etc.
• Admin: Access to all reports, change of settings as well as administration of users for a website

Delete user

Friendly Analytics Starter and Professional: You can't delete other users yourself. If you want to delete users, please contact us. We will be happy to do it for you.

Friendly Analytics Enterprise: Users with main administrator access can delete other users.
