Two-factor authentication (2FA) protects access to Friendly Automate with a one-time code during login, providing additional security for your account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) applies to all users in your organization. The first time a user logs in after the 2FA plugin is activated, they will be prompted to set it up using an authenticator app.

What do you need for that?

Which one applies to you?

For Users

You are currently logging in to Friendly Automate, and after entering your username and password, you see:

This means that an administrator in your organization has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), and now it's your turn to ensure your account is fully protected.

  1. Open the Authenticator app on your smartphone
  2. Scan the QR code
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the Authenticator app and click β€œSend”

Have the Authenticator app ready for future logins; from now on, you'll need the 6-digit code every time you sign in.
